What we collect
When you use our price calculator, quote pop-up, booking request, or contact forms, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the type of service you want, your home details (bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size, add-ons), your proposed date and time, and any notes you write. If you become a client, we also keep your service address and a record of your visits.
How we use it
We use your information to give you a price, confirm and schedule your cleaning, brief the cleaner assigned to your job, invoice you, and follow up about your service. If you ask us not to contact you again, we stop.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information. We share only what is necessary with the independent cleaning professional assigned to your job, and with the service providers that run our systems — our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and Stripe, which processes payments. Card numbers are entered and stored by Stripe; we never see or hold your full card details.
Text and email
By submitting a form you agree that we may email, call, or text you about your quote and your cleanings. Message rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time and still receive service messages about a booked job.
Retention and your choices
We keep quote and service records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hb@handled-cleaning.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, keeping only what we are legally required to retain.
Cookies
Our site stores small amounts of data in your browser — for example, to remember that you dismissed the quote pop-up. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
