Questions, answered.
Read all FAQsWhat's included in a standard clean?
Every room gets dusted, vacuumed and mopped, with surfaces wiped down and trash taken out. Kitchens include counters, sink, stovetop and the outside of appliances. Bathrooms include toilet, shower or tub, sink and mirrors.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that's already in decent shape. A deep clean adds the places routine cleaning skips — baseboards, door frames, window sills, inside the oven and fridge on request, and heavier scrubbing in kitchens and bathrooms. Most first-time cleans start with a deep clean. Learn about deep cleaning.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a key, a code or a lockbox and come home to a finished house. If you'd rather be there for the first visit to walk us through, that's welcome too.
Do cleaners bring supplies?
Yes. Your cleaner brings all products and equipment at no extra cost. If you prefer we use your own products — fragrance-free, specific finishes, anything else — just leave them out and tell us.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Text or email us and we'll move you, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your start time. Inside 24 hours we may charge 50% of the quoted price for the cleaner's reserved time. We always try to find another slot first.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the affected areas at no charge. That's our 24-hour re-clean guarantee, on every job.
Do you clean on weekends?
Yes. Weekends and same-day turnovers available. Weekend and same-day slots fill fast, so earlier notice gets you a better choice of times.
How does billing work for recurring cleaning?
Your card is saved when you book; nothing is charged until the day after each clean is done. Recurring plans repeat on the schedule you pick. The discount applies from your first visit. Skip, reschedule or cancel any visit free up to 24 hours ahead by text or email. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the visit price may be charged. Cancel the plan any time by text or email. No contract. See recurring cleaning.
Should I choose weekly or biweekly cleaning?
Weekly cleaning suits busy homes, pets and frequent use; every two weeks balances regular upkeep with fewer visits. Your ideal schedule depends on how quickly the home gets lived in. Compare weekly and biweekly cleaning.
Are cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is interviewed, reference-checked and trained on our checklist before their first job, and we carry general liability insurance on the work. Cleaners are independent professionals we match, brief and stand behind.
